TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  • Transient Occupancy Tax and Tourism Marketing Assessment will be added to all room rates.
  • Rates based on single or double occupancy.
  • Children under 16 stay free in parent’s room.
  • Additional guest $10 per person.
  • Parking is limited to one vehicle per guest room.
  • Guaranteed check in time is anytime after 3pm. Check out is 11 am.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • All special rates, discounts, coupons, and packages can not be combined.
  • Rates subject to change.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. If we are unable to hold funds on your credit card 48 hours prior to your arrival, your reservation will be cancelled without notification.
  • Credit card holder must be present at the time of check in.
  • American Express, MasterCard and VISA accepted. Sorry, no checks accepted.
  • Room reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.
  • 2-night minimum on Saturdays may be required.
  • Carousel Beach Inn offers accommodations year-round. ‘Peak season’ is defined as the period between and including Memorial Day and Labor Day each year. During ‘peak season,’ guests are limited to staying at Carousel Beach Inn for no more than a total period of fifteen (15) days/fourteen (14) nights, taken consecutively or otherwise.
  • A guest who does not check out on or before the check-out time of 11am on his/her day of departure will be charged $50 for every hour he/she is running late. At the end of the lodging period, guests must surrender the property in as good condition as the property was in at the beginning of the lodging period, normal wear and tear excepted. A guest is responsible for all damage to the property caused by him/her, his/her family, and/or other invitees. A guest’s credit card on file with Carousel Beach Inn will automatically be charged for any missing or damaged items.
